What is the role of a PTS Executive Director?
Our Executive Directors provide clinical and administrative support to both therapists and clients to ensure seamless service delivery in compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
What is the role of a PTS Program Coordinator?
Our Program Coordinators provide an additional layer of on-site coordination for our larger clients, implementing program initiatives, streamlining communication, and acting as liaisons between therapists and administration.
What is the role of a PTS Clinical Specialist?
Our Clinical Specialists consult with clients and therapists who need additional expertise for a particularly difficult case, help develop new programs, or perform specialized evaluations. Our Clinical Specialists work with our Executive Directors to plan inservice programs and keep our model of service delivery current and compliant with the latest special education initiatives.

What does PTS do for the world at large?
PTS has established a partnership with the Beautiful Gates Special School for children with disabilities in Mysore, India, providing both clinical and financial support.
Additionally, Pam Hackett, MPT, PTS Co-Founder, has provided trainings for teachers in more than 17 countries through Edify- a network of private schools in developing countries. She has traveled to the Dominican Republic, Guatemala and Belize to do in-person teacher conferences on supporting students with special needs. PTS’ online Parent Teacher Resource Library has been shared with schools in 17 countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America.
